Love is constant❤

   The alarm went off by 6 am. He caressed his beloved wife's forehead who is sleeping beside him. He got off of the bed took shower getting ready. He doesn't work. He is getting ready for his daily routine, can't be named as a homemaker but works from his home. He is a famous writer who enlights his readers life with his philosophical words. 

      Arjun, thought to himself " It will definitely be a very good surprise! She will love it" . He starts preparing a batter for a cake while humming his favourite song. Its been nearly three years since they got married. It's an arranged marriage. Their parents made it. Hera, works for the social cause. She is a member of  NSS club. A very active and straightforward girl who believes in reality. Arjun is quite opposite. As a boy from literature field he loves to write poems. Believes in imagination. 
       Their marriage was quite peaceful. Most of the time Hera heads out for some social cause. Arjun was a budding writer completely focused in his novel. They would meet during the dinner share their experiences outside the world. It has been their daily routine. Hera likes and respects Arjun. Because of Hera' s passion in doing social services he stayed in some remote villages at times. Every time he proves himself a caring husband who respects all her decision. Arjun was so considerate towards Hera makes sure she feels comfortable living with him. It was nothing more than the two friends living together. 
     Until, before few months. Hera arranged a surprise party on their 3rd year wedding anniversary, inviting only few of their friends. She recorded a timing voice call that asks him to come to the place she arranged the party. 
   Finally their wedding day, its the day Hera anticipated for long. She prepared herself to propose her love for Arjun. She prettily dolled up herself left the house with an excuse of NSS meeting. On her way she rehearsed all that she was supposed to say in the party to Arjun. She was blushing literally and amused on seeing herself  the way she changed after Arjun's entry in her life. She took her usual auto happily thinking about the party. It is when suddenly a truck crashed into the auto she was in. Before falling into an unconscious state she said,"Arjun" the words that she wanted to spit out for a long time stumbled.
 Till the evening there was no sign of Hera, Arjun became more tensed he took his phone to dial her number that is when he got the MMS that Hera recorded before handed. He was so surprised to see the place she decorated. She doesn't even miss the tiny instructions she made it beautifully. Finally Arjun eyes searching for Hera, full of love overwhelmed with joy. She is nowhere to be seen. 
        Arjun became curious searched for her. Only at the midnight he got the call. A lady spoke, " Mr. Arjun?". After hearing the news Arjun rushed towards the hospital cried on seeing the unconscious Hera. Its their 3rd anniversary, something they never thought could happen. For the past three years Arjun was deeply in love with Hera but was afraid to confess. He knows her well, he shares the household chores sometimes helps Hera in her services. He never wants her to feel disappointed and moved along with her for doing services. Now, looking at her lying unconsciously makes him feel terrible. It took two months for Hera to gain complete conscious. Finally, moved back to their house. And today is Hera's birthday, Arjun was preparing a cake for her.
              Hera woke up entered into the dinning hall Arjun lighting the candles and happily singing the song for her. They both feeding cake each other. Arjun took his present out. Its a book written by him. The book was completely described about his three years love for Hera. Hera in return gave a couple of papers. Its a stamp paper that had a sign of Hera for mutual divorce. Looking intently at Hera Arjun asked, " what happened?". Hera controlling her tears " I dont want you to waste your life". Arjun, "why? Because your now disabled?". Hera didnt respond. She gained conscious after a week heard that she lost her legs. Its a huge shock for her. She wants to be with Arjun till the end and now she doesn't want to spoil his life by only caring about her. Sometimes life takes an unknown scary turn we can't make it straight but to follow its way. Hera tried to change Arjun's direction but Arjun knows it is impossible for him to leave his three years love and get into a new relationship. "I only thank God for giving you back. I dont care how you look what you lost we still love each other. And I know our love will only get deeper by the days past". On hearing Arjun's words Hera cried apologised because it is much difficult for her to leave Arjun. They hugged each other. Arjun," Don't ever think of leaving me okay?". Hera, "I Love You!".
